Our Sunday School caters for boys and girls of pre-school and primary school age groups, and aims to communicate the teachings of the Bible through simple age-appropriate lessons. Sunday School Teachers deliver lessons to small groups of children of similar ages in an interactive environment where games, quizzes, puzzles and singing are regular features.
Our Bible Class is aimed at teenagers and young adults, and is intended to help them develop a deeper appreciation of the foundational teachings of the bible, so they can grow in faith and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Lessons are delivered in a conversational small study group to help the students develop Christian character and to prepare for Christian service and leadership.
Except on school holidays, the hall is open for local Parents and Toddlers each Friday morning from 9:15 until around 11:00. We have a well-stocked toy cupboard, and refreshments are provided, including some delicious home-baking.
The Coffee Morning takes place on the first Saturday of the month, beginning at 10:30 and finishing around mid-day. This is an opportunity to pop in for a chat and some refreshments (tea, coffee, home-baking) in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
Please note that the coffee morning and the parents’ and toddlers’ group are not held for fundraising purposes - there is nothing to pay. Just think of them as a reminder of the fact that the best things in life are free.
